Fried Enoki top with Thai spicy Larb salad
1. Enoki mushroom from ProMushroom
2. Tempura flour / wheat flour
3. White pepper
6. Minced pork
11. Chili powder
12. Roasted ground rice

1. Mix tempura flour and wheat flour, a little pinch of salt, white pepper and sugar.
2. Mix the flour and cold water in a mixing bowl.
3. Heat the oil and tear the prepared Enoki mushroom batters and fry it properly.
4. Steam minced pork.
5. Season minced pork with fish sauce, lime, sugar, chili powder and roasted ground rice.
6. Add shallot, spring onion and mint leaves and mix.
7. Top the Thai spicy Larb sauce over the fried Enoki and set!
