2. 3 eggs
3. Mozzarella cheese
4. Chopped spring onion
5. Soya sauce
1. Crack and beat egg, then add Enoki mushroom and whisk together the egg.
2. Heat the oil over medium heat and add the egg.
3. Cook an egg until one side is set and top with mozzarella cheese. Then fold half of the egg.
4. Flip over to melt the cheese.
