Enoki Mushroom Omelette with Tofu
1. Enoki mushroom from ProMushroom
3. Egg tofu
4. Chopped spring onion
5. Oyster sauce
6. Cooking oil
1. Crack and beat egg, then season with oyster sauce and whisk together the egg.
2. Add Enoki mushroom and egg tofu to the whisked egg.
3. Heat the oil over medium heat and add the prepared egg.
4. Cook an egg until one side is set. Then flip over and cook till it’s done.
5. Sprinkle the spring onion and ready to serve!
