Enoki Mushroom Omelette with Tofu

1. Enoki mushroom from ProMushroom
2. Eggs
3. Egg tofu
4. Chopped spring onion
5. Oyster sauce
6. Cooking oil
Method
Method:
1. Crack and beat the eggs, then season with oyster sauce and whisk together with the eggs.
2. Add Enoki mushroom and egg tofu to the whisked egg.
3. Heat the oil over medium heat and add the prepared egg.
4. Cook the egg mixture until one side is set. Then flip over and cook till it’s done.
5. Sprinkle the spring onion and ready to serve!
