Fried Enoki chili paste
1. Enoki mushroom from ProMushroom
2. Red chili paste
3. Kaffir lime leaves
4. Tempura flour
8. Fish sauce
1. Chop the Enoki mushroom and mix with tempura flour.
2. Add red chili paste and mix with water. Then, season with sugar, salt and fish sauce.
3. Add another spoon of tempura flour and mix again.
4. Make it a bite-size pieces and deep fry until done.
