Ingredients

Ingredients:
1. Enoki mushroom from ProMushroom
2. Tempura flour / wheat flour
3. White pepper
4. Water
5. Salt
6. Instant green curry paste
7. Choice of meat (we use pork)
8. Kaffir lime leaves
9. Brown sugar
10. Water
11. Turkey berry
12. Brinjal
13. Sweet basil
14. Spur pepper

Method

Method:
1. Mix tempura flour and wheat flour, a little pinch of salt, white pepper and sugar.
2. Mix the flour and cold water in a mixing bowl.
3. Heat the oiland tear the prepared Enoki mushroom batters and fry it properly.
4. Steam the instant green curry.
5. Add the pork in.
6. Add the turkey berry, Brinjal, Spur pepper, and sweet basil.
7. Keeps steaming until everything is cooked. And then top with fried enoki mushrooms.
