Ingredients:

Method:
1. Set the water to boil.
2. Add Japanese dried fish into a pot.
3. Add the kombu seaweed and the remaining ingredients and continue to steam.
4. Keeps steaming for 3-5 minutes for a rich dried fish soup.
5. Then, take out all the ingredients to make a clear soup.
