Thai egg custard with Enoki
1. 2 eggs
2. Minced pork
3. Enoki mushroom from ProMushroom
5. Spring onion
1. Crack and beat the eggs.
2. Strain the beaten eggs through a sieve.
3. Season with soya sauce and white pepper.
4. Add water, Enoki mushroom and whisk together theegg.
5. 5 minutes in the microwave.
6. Sauté the garlic until it\'s crispy.
7. Take out the egg bowl and top with white pepper, fried garlic and chopped spring onion.
