Thai omelette with Enoki and fermented pork
1. 3 eggs
2. Ground fermented pork
3. Enoki mushroom from ProMushroom
1. Crack and beat the eggs.
2. Add ground fermented pork, Enoki and chili in the egg.
3. Season with fish sauce.
4. Whiskeverything together the egg.
5. Heat the oil and cook an egg until one side is set.
6. Flip over to cook another side and it\'s all done
