Thai spicy salad with fried Enoki
1. Enoki mushroom from ProMushroom
2. Tempura flour / wheat flour
3. White pepper
6. Minced pork
11. Chili powder
12. Roasted ground rice
13. Mint leaves
1. Mix tempura flour and wheat flour, a little pinch of salt, white pepper and sugar.
2. Mix theflour and cold water in a mixing bowl.
3. Heat the oil and tear the prepared Enoki mushroom batters and fry it properly.
4. Steam minced pork.
5. Season minced pork with fish sauce, lime, sugar,chili powder and roasted ground rice.
6. Add shallot, spring onion, tomato and mint leaves and mix.
7. Top the spicy sauce over the fried Enoki and that\'s it!
